- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your complete card number.
- License information: license key, product, activation dates, Machine ID or a derived machine identifier, activation status, and transfer history.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, security logs, and essential cookies or local storage.
- Support information: messages, screenshots, diagnostic details, and files you choose to send.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure the website; process orders; deliver downloads; issue, validate, and transfer licenses; provide support; prevent fraud and unauthorized sharing; maintain records; comply with legal obligations; and improve products. We do not sell personal information.
